Follow up for Building and Repairing Trust in The Workplace. This course is for Individual Contributors, Leaders, or Teams that want a strong foundation for all projects, tasks and interactions happening at work. We can all learn techniques to say something in a polished way but without trust, that polish comes across as manipulation, insincere motives, and worse. In this half day workshop, individuals learn the key components of trust and work individually and in groups to determine trust levels with current stakeholders while they map out a plan to shift trust levels where necessary for success.
