In this workshop, you will learn how to:

Take action that will increase the experience of inclusion on the team
examines diversity in the contexts of teams and leaders, and frames diversity and inclusion in terms of current business and cultural challenges. Participants gain deeper insights into themselves and the individuals on their teams so they can leverage the benefits of inclusion at all organizational levels.
You will: 1. Examine the foundational drivers and types of inclusion and exclusion. 2. Learn how to identify those who may be marginalized and conversational strategies and actions to create stronger engagement in teams. 3. Learn practical tools to foster an environment fueled by engagement and innovation.

Jim Peal has extensive global experience that spans the pharmaceutical, biotech technology, manufacturing, and retail industries. Jim’s expertise includes leadership development, the integration and alignment of leaders and teams, team-based strategy development, culture integration in mergers and acquisitions, architecting and managing organizational change, transforming dysfunctional teams, resolving conflict, executive coaching, developing and leading executive impact, and presentation skills programs.
