Follow up for Influencing and Communicating – Leveraging DISC, a workshop that delves into preferences and communication styles based on personality differences. Every person has a behavioral style that identifies How we tend to communicate with others and How we prefer others to communicate to us. Learning the differences can increase our resonance with others, and thereby increase our influence within a team or organization. This is especially handy in conversations where people have differing opinions to share or stakes feel high.
